ETTR Test II

Here’s another test of ETTR, again in available light, along with screen shots of the histograms and vector scopes. Skin tones are pretty much spot on for both the ETTR shot and the clip that has been underexposed. To my way of thinking, the vector scope is showing far greater color information in the ETTR shot, and it’s practically sitting on the skin tone line, so I don’t see why it would give someone any trouble grading. As I’ve said before, I think proper WB in camera is key to good skin tones.
